Special Education Services

The P-CCS Special Education department is proud to offer special education services for children from infancy through young adulthood. Through Wayne RESA, young learners can receive support as they develop and learn skills before starting elementary school.

There are two programs offered for infants through 5 years of age:

  • Early On: Michigan's system for helping infants and toddlers, birth to age 3 and their families who have developmental delays or are at risk for delays due to certain health conditions.
  • Build Up: this program helps parents and their eligible children, ages 3 through 5, access special education support and services as they develop and learn skills before they go to kindergarten.

Referrals are required by Wayne RESA in order to begin services.
